The Strada 00 shoes are a cap-toe Oxford designed and handmade by David during his senior year fall semester. He considers them to be a simple, understated yet quirky representation of a product using recycled and up-cycled materials. David used scrap leather for the entire upper, imitation welting taken from a pair of his worn out dress shoes and recycled wine corks to make the insole. The Strada 00 Oxfords use a durable, Vibram Christy outsole to make a robust yet elegant shoe. David wore the Strada 00 Oxfords to his graduation from RISD.
